What we collect. Your child's first name and last initial, grade, the allergy notes and blocked items you add, and the transactions they make at the parish snack bar. No photos, ever.
What we don't. We never collect biometric data, location, browsing data, or your child's contacts.
Who we share with. No one. Card details go to Stripe (tokenized — we never see the number). That's it.
Retention. We keep transaction history for 12 months. You can request earlier deletion.

What it is. A prepaid, closed-loop wallet for the parish snack bar. Money you load is spent only there, by the children you enroll, with their badge. It isn't a bank account or a card and can't be used anywhere else.
Your account. You must be 18+ and the parent or legal guardian of every child you enroll. Allergy notes, blocked items and limits are yours to keep accurate — the register warns and blocks, but no food can be guaranteed allergen-free. Keep passwords and PINs private; replace a lost badge in the app right away. Guardians you invite get the same access you have.
Money. Load by bank, card, or cash at the desk (caps: $200 balance, $100 per load, $200 per day; the parish pays processing fees). Balances belong to your family and roll over between terms. Refunds go back to where the money came from after the office reviews them; cash loads are refunded by check. Donations are immediate and final. Every movement is on an append-only ledger — report a wrong charge from the transaction.
Fair use. Family snack-bar purchases only: no sharing badges between children, no poking at other families' data. Misused wallets can be paused, with the balance refunded.
Changes and availability. Prices, hours, caps and features can change; the register may queue sales when the network is down. Material changes to these terms are emailed and re-accepted in the app.
Leaving. Delete your account from Settings once each child has another guardian or has been removed; de-identified financial records are kept for the parish books.
Liability. The parish's responsibility is limited to refunding your wallet balance, to the extent the law allows. New York law applies. Questions: office@gocoos.org · (914) 555-0100.
Please read and accept the terms to keep using Opa Wallet.
